The raw materials, namely the seeds, are certified 100% Italian. This is thanks to our collaboration with S.I.S., Società Italiana Sementi. Founded in 1947, S.I.S. has facilitated the development of the ten references of pasta made with Senatore Cappelli durum wheat.
Senatore Cappelli is a native Italian variety of durum wheat characterized by these great nutritional values: low gluten and high protein content and the presence of trace elements such as magnesium, potassium, calcium, zinc as well as B and E vitamins.
