Le Stagioni d'Italia pappardelle are made using 100% ancient Italian Senatore Cappelli wheat, which is ground in our mill, and with 100% fresh Italian free-range eggs. Their rough texture holds and enhances any sauce while the drying process allows the semolina’s nutritional qualities to remain intact and provides its distinctive porosity.
