Le Stagioni d'Italia egg pasta is made using 100% ancient Italian Senatore Cappelli wheat, which is ground in our mill. It is made with 100% Italian raw materials, including free-range fresh eggs, and has a rough texture that holds and enhances any sauce. Its drying process allows the semolina’s nutritional qualities to remain intact and provides its distinctive porosity.
